We would like to inform you that TUCaN will be unavailable from February 2 to February 6, 2026. The reason for this is a necessary renewal of the hardware infrastructure and a comprehensive system update.
The production system (web portal, app, and rich client) will be unavailable, but you can continue to work with the test systems. Please note that any changes you make in the test system cannot be transferred to the production system and must be made in the production system after the downtime has ended.
Starting in January, we will repeatedly inform students and faculty via TUCaN messages, announcements on the web portal, and student news—with a reminder to download the schedule in a timely manner.
For applicants and TU internal program changers, a notice will be posted referring to the downtime.
You in the departments and administration will also receive reminders, and we hope that your daily work will not be too severely affected by the system failure. Please also inform colleagues in your area who may also be affected. Thank you for your understanding.
