As a buddy in the MasterPlus program, you will support international Master's students from the time of admission and throughout the first semester. In workshops and individual counselling, you will provide information about the city, the campus and the department and help students organize their studies.

Start: from September 2025

Workload: approx. 20 hours/month

Remuneration: €14.20/hour

Good German language skills are an advantage.

Your job: You…

• supervise international Master's students (by e-mail, individually or in groups, digitally and in person)
• provide support with the organizational preparation of their studies
• advise on study-related questions
• familiarize students with the campus, the city and the region
• prepare and organize workshops and activities
• take part in trainings and meetings
• document your work

What we expect: You…

• are an open, communicative and committed personality with an interest in other cultures
• are studying for a Master's degree in civil and environmental engineering
• have a very good command of written and spoken English and a good command of German
• are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom
• work independently, in a structured and precise manner
• ideally have experience abroad
• are flexible in terms of time
